Biography

Llewelyn Hughes is Associate Dean, Research for the College of Asia & the Pacific, and Associate Professor in the Crawford School of Public Policy. His academic work focuses on the regulation of natural resource markets, and the political economy of climate change. Dr. Hughes joined the ANU in 2014 from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Law and Politics at the University of Tokyo.
